UGSP Stage 1 Step 7 Maximizing Curriculum, Lessons, and Tuitions

a.) Compose a list of your potential course selections to be evaluated.

• Are you taking the Core courses (Math, Science, English, Foreign Languages, and Social Sciences) that make a student college ready? List them.
• Are you taking additional courses beyond the Core ones? List them.
• Do you have options to take different classes at your school? If so, what are the alternatives?
• Are you in the highest level of a given class offered at your school?
• Are you enrolled in tuition or external learning programs that you attend away from school?
• Are you enrolled in Art, Music, or Sports classes outside school?

b.) If your school does not offer Honors, IB, A-levels, or AP courses, research the option of taking outside-of-school APs to boost your transcript.

• List three potential AP courses you could take.
• How will these courses contribute to the overall strength of your Unique YOU brand?
